Every van or to be more specific every Volkswagen T4 you try to buy now has one similarity, whether it’s had a full camper conversion done or it’s a haggered old beat up builders van, it’s being advertised as a surfbus or a could be surfbus! This is a tag that most sellers have obviously realised makes there van for sale more desirable and therefore of higher value.

To cater for this trend and to serve as an outlet for my own personal enjoyment I have launched the site:

www.t4surfbus.co.uk

With the initial push being aimed at established parts, accessories, and customisation companies, this list as it grows will be split by service and location to serve as a customer resource. For the foreseeable future this will be a FREE service which may change due to demand and success but no plans yet.

The other service will be the vans for sale section, split into three categories, full conversion, part and no conversion, at a starting price of £20 for an unlimited listing, the sum is to hopefully temp away some of the high number of vans on eBay! No mean feet but a possibility.

The Pacific Premieres

5 04 2010

Well the long awaited series The Pacific kicked off tonight and I for one am happy.

I was initially surprised as it started off very Band of Brothers with the footage and retired soldiers setting the scene but then unlike Band of Brothers where the entire first episode was based in training this introduced a couple of characters then straight to the fighting.

I am assuming that this was an opener designed to show us the ferocity and inhumanity with a possible lead character killed off although not unexpectedly.

Good cast, great locations and looking forward to the next, glad I have the full HD experience and best of all?

I was not disapointed!! :-)
